Bobby brings a rich business background, deep faith, and boundless energy and imagination to all he does. 

With more than 20 years of professional success as an insurance agent, Bobby forged a new, entrepreneurial path when he left Kentucky for Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Bobby’s company, Panache Style, was soon in constant demand as one of the premier wedding and event providers in South Florida.

His growing reputation for excellence in event execution dovetailed with his discovery of Unity. Bobby grew in responsibility and ascended to lay leadership at Unity of Fort Lauderdale before receiving the call to pursue ministry. He left Florida for Unity Village, Mo., where he dedicated himself to full-time study and service, receiving his Master of Divinity degree and ordination as a Unity minister in 2018.

Bobby soon joined Unity World Headquarters at Unity Village as the Vice President of Hospitality, where he redesigned and oversaw the management of the award-winning hotel, spearheaded the renovation of existing buildings leading to the creation of several profit-generating Air BNB properties. His responsibilities also included the redesign and management of the campus bookstore and café, as well as planning and hosting spiritual retreats, weddings, and receptions, bolstering Unity Village’s reputation as one of Kansas City’s most desirable event destinations.

After completing his service at Unity Village, Bobby returned to Kentucky as a minister and accomplished events professional. He feels honored to aid his parents in their sunset years and share his ministry through public speaking, teaching, and inspirational, faith-filled living.
